Every engagement starts with a conversation. Here's the typical process:
Step 1: Discovery Call (30 minutes) — We discuss your goals, challenges, and timeline to determine if we're the right fit.
Step 2: Strategic Assessment — We evaluate where you are today across the three legs of the stool (personal, financial, business) and identify gaps and opportunities.
Step 3: Engagement Proposal — We present a customized engagement plan with clear scope, deliverables, timeline, and investment.
Step 4: Kickoff & Execution — We begin working together—whether that's exit planning, M&A representation, coaching, or strategic partnership.
Step 5: Ongoing Partnership — Most engagements are ongoing or phase-based, evolving as your business and goals evolve.
